Beachview Cottage

Beachview is a self-catering holiday cottage in West Kilbride on South Uist in the Outer Hebrides, looking out toward the Isle of Barra. From the windows you get beach, sea and sky — and often otters on the shore or deer on the machair.

Inside, the cottage is modern, comfortable and well equipped for a week away: a proper kitchen, a dining room with those views, and a lounge with a wood-burning stove for cooler evenings. West Kilbride sits on the west coast of South Uist, a short drive from Daliburgh for the Co-op and a short hop from the sands that run for miles along the machair. It works equally well as a quiet base for walking and wildlife, or for fishing, birdwatching, painting and golf around the islands.
